Church of Sts. Nicholas

Oldest church in Gdansk, was founded in the late XII century. In 1227 years, Pomeranian Prince gave the Dominican church of the law. Along with the monastery existed from 1348. In the mid-XV century the church was covered with starry vault and raised towers. The interior is rich furnishings preserved early Baroque. It is the only downtown church that has not been destroyed during the turmoil of the last war.
