Opens the so-called Royal Route that leads through the streets of Long and Long Market for Green Gate. It was built by Hans Kramer of Saxony as part of modern fortifications erected in the years 1571-1576 along the western border of the city. Initially, clay, in 1588 it gained its present shape with the reconstruction carried out by the Flemish Willem van den Blocke.
