Built between 1587-1595 by Antoni van Obbergen. It presents the classic characteristics of a good, Flemish Mannerist architecture. Inside preserved XVII century allegorical paintings on the walls of Adolf Boy, on the ceiling - from the workshop Herman Hana. Old Town Hall is now home to the Baltic Sea Culture Centre.
